Purpose of equipment
TL-513 salt spray chamber is one of “Three prevention “ ( wet heat, salt mist, mold) in artificial climate environment , it also is an important testing equipment for study of the adaptability and reliability of various environments in machinery, national defense industry, light industrial electronics, instrumentation and other industries . The performance indicators are meet the requirements of GB/T5170.8 "Basic parameters of electrical electronic products environmental test equipment inspection method".
The salt spray chamber can be tested according to GB/T2423.17 "Electronic electrical products basic environmental test procedures Ka: salt spray test method" for neutral salt fog test, acidic salt fog test, can also be used for copper accelerated salt fog test.
Specific test requirements and test equipment requirements are fully compliant with GB/T 10125-2012 and ISO 9227:2006.
Features:
- The shell material of the salt spray tester is molded with polyester glass and steel mold, so it’s appearance is terse, and with acid-alkali resistance, good corrosion resistance, light of weight and more strength .
- It With control, salt mist settlement size of the device, intake pressure and spray pressure double adjustment function, so that the salt spray test to meet the standard requirements
- The spray control using microelectronic P.I.D intelligent controller, PT100 platinum resistance sensor, large-screen display.
- Sprays are available in two ways: continuous spray and periodic spray. After the spray and spray stop time of the cycle spray controller is set, it can work automatically and operate easily.
- Independent temperature protection device, ultra-temperature sound, light alarm device.
- Timed range 1min---999 hours 59 minutes
- Box door can choose glass steel or transparent PVC material
- The door is opened with compressed air and is easy to operate (TL-513 only)
